Certain functions from Pango are unavailable when imported into python
via gi.repository. For example pango_attr_weight_new. AFAICT from
looking at the source's .gir file this should be available in the
top-level of the Pango namespace as "attr_weight_new", but it isn't. I
can't find out how to access the function, or if it's accessible at all,
because of bug #640846.
