Bug#666276: Please also add breaks for the packages using rsvg

For packages which don't declare a dependency on librsvg2-bin but use it
anyway, it is obviously hard for me to know which ones those are.

I'm not sure if there is much I can do about those packages, unless you
have an idea how to find them.
