Bug#668879: gnome-desktop-environment: annoying popup nags appear when mouse battery has 14% energy remaining

There is already an icon in the tray showing power level.  Even when the power level is evident in that icon, there is still a disurbing popup nag to give redundant information.  The preferences give no way to disable this annoying alert.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say Linux users don't like popups.  Please disable this.  In the odd case where a user actually wants these kinds of popups, they should need to proactively turn them on in the settings.
