Bug#668250: Some fonts only shown and printed partially

I observe this behaviour with many more PDF files, not only fixed-width
fonts. In
http://www.cs.york.ac.uk/plasma/publications/pdf/BakewellRuncimanPPDP00.pdf all serif fonts are broken here.

Again, xpdf works fine.
