Bug#520830: ekiga: Dependency on evolution-data-server should be removed or moved to additional package

I think the above commit has been tagged in both 3.2.7 
and experimental/3.3.
Can't the ekiga package be updated to reflect the fact that
evolution-data-server is now optional ?
