Bug#654530: gnome-shell: ~/.local/share/applications

hm...

after playing around with alacarte I found out that
"Sonstiges"/"Others" was checked out - an this is the section
including e. g. the epiphany stuff and other things lying around in
.local/share/applications. After checking in this section it is working
for me now. I do not know how this section was checked out but this is
not necessary to known in this bug.
