debian presence at GUADEC

Dear GNOME maintainers, 
  as part of unrelated conversations, Karen Sandler (GNOME foundation)
asked me if any of the GNOME Debian people is attending the next GUADEC
http://guadec.org/

As I've no idea, it seems like a good idea to ask here :-)

In particular, they'd appreciate if some Debian representative could
attend the advisory board meeting that takes place the day before GUADEC
starts. I don't know much more details than that, but if you've
questions I believe Karen will be able and happy to help.

I know that Neil McGovern will be attending GUADEC, so I'm Cc:-ing him
in case nobody of this list could attend. If he could be there (haven't
asked before, sorry Neil :-)) and you're fine with it, that could be
another option.
