When tryed to burn the DVD
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
Tried to Burn a data DVD with 730MB in 4 files
   * What was the outcome of this action?
It kept in the step "calculating size"
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
To burn the CD or DVD
