libpeas-1.0-0:
  Installed: (none)
  Candidate: 1.4.0-2
  Version table:
     1.4.0-2 0
        500 http://MIRROR/debian/ testing/main amd64 Packages
eog:
  Installed: 2.30.2-1
  Candidate: 3.4.2-1
  Version table:
     3.4.2-1 0
        500 http://MIRROR/debian/ testing/main amd64 Packages
 *** 2.30.2-1 0
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

That's just what is available in wheezy ...

Any ideas how to find the reason for apt not wanting to install
libpeas-1.0-0?

Andreas
