Bug#662813: [system-config-printer] applet does not appear in system tray

Starting from console:

$ /usr/bin/system-config-printer-applet --debug
checking for jobs

...then there is sent something to the printer:

Starting job applet
org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnknown: The name
org.fedoraproject.Config.Printing was not provided by any .service files

...and there is no sign of the applet in system tray. But job is printed. I use XFCE desktop.
