Bug#664248: notification-daemon: notification timeout not respected

Package: notification-daemon
Version: 0.7.3-1
Severity: important

If I try to send a notification to notification-daemon, the notification
stays on the screen for 5 seconds before timing out. This happens
regardless of the timeout set by the client (clients tried: pynotify and
notify-send).

This used to work in squeeze.
