Bug#664517: gnome-doc-utils: removal of mallard.rng makes other packages FTBFS

I discussed this with upstream. Here's the fix:

However, this alone won't solve our problem, since all packages that
ship gnome-doc-utils.make will still contain references to the missing
files, so the choices from the maintainers' point of view are to
either

  a) run gnome-doc-prepare and autotools again.

  b) skip the 'make check' stage.
