Bug#674259: gnome-control-center accountsservice dependency

My point about battery life was that having lots of dependencies and
services running is generally bad for battery life.  Obviously one
service being scheduled to poll occasionally "thanks to dbus" doesn't
make a difference.  But the service is definitely unnecessary.

I guess I should report this instead to gnome or freedesktop?  Its not
really a debian thing.
