Bug#674259: gnome-control-center accountsservice dependency

You know what... I considered looking more into dbus to see if in fact
it was written as well as it could be and so something like
accountsservice wasn't any extra overhead, but a quick search and I
couldn't find anything definitive without downloading the source.

And I also thought that maybe someone like you would flame me.

But then I thought, well even if dbus is written well, something like
accountsservice is STILL bad design. So its still worth reporting it
as a bug. It should be a library, if its necessary at all.

So in this case, you're the fool.
