Bug#720920: gnome-terminal: Opening 'Root-Terminal' (gksu x-terminal-emulator) a 2nd time in session fails with error

Dear Maintainer,

I cannot open a 'Root-Terminal' a 2nd time in the same session, even if the 1st instance was already closed.
Clicking the desktop starter icon results in a spinning wheel and then the execution is aborted.

Trying to start it from the console yields the following error message:
