Dearest one,
With Due Respect, I
 am 
writing this mail to you with heavy tears in my eyes and great sorrow in
 my heart. My name is Rita Michelle; my late husband 
Mr.Herve Michelle who was a big Cocoa merchant, and also a 
contractor in oil industry before his death,He died after a brief illness that lasted for 
only few days. I decided to remarry now with a man outside my continent and continue my life. When my late husband was alive he 
deposited the sum of 3 Million USD with one of the banks here in Cote D'Ivoire in West Africa. Recently I got a notice from the bank as the next of kin that the account of my late husband is in dormant state that I should come for the fund or it will diverted to government fund,but one problem is that my late husband deposited that fund and a clause that the fund can only be transferred outside the African continent. Secondly the bank has requested me to provide a foreigner that can receive this fund as my late husband has stipulated and the thing that disturbs me is that the bank requested that before they can transfer the fund the account must be activated before transferring out. I have been out of business for some time now due to my poor health which I am even getting better now.


My aim is for you to help me transfer the fund to yourself and find a way to bring me to yourself and then we can plan how to use that fund either in business or any investment you deem necessary. We can even use parts of the money to set up a foundation where we can help the poor and the less privileged because my late husband was thinking in that direction before his sudden demise. May his soul rest in peace Amen. Please if it pleases you to help me to do my wish please do not hesitate to reply me fast and for us to start the transaction.
