Bug#801953: No progress bars on copy/move operations

Dear Maintainer,

I've noticed a few bugs in Nautilus (Files) that have just been
introduced to sid all at the same time from 3.18, that were not present
in 3.16:

1. There are no progress bars on copy/move (etc.) operations.

2. The Properties option is greyed out when selecting a file on an NFS
share. All filetypes as far as I can see, and I can view the properties
of the same files on a local disk just fine.

3. The icons are huge - even "small" is 58px, its not theme-related as
changing it makes no difference. I can not think of any use case for the
medium/large setting they are so big.
