Bug#802802: gnome-flashback: Only few applications start back in new gnome session

Dear Maintainer,

gnome-flashback saves state only few applications to run they back
during next gnome session (especially for MATE environement) e.g.:
     * mate-terminal
     * atril (MATE document viewer)

and doesn't save e.g.:
     * gnome-terminal
     * evince
     * eom (Eye of MATE graphics viewer)

It worked in Debian 7.9.
