Bug#865298: meld: multiple --diff pairs don'\''t work, only last pair shown

​It turns out my reproduction case was incomplete​.
I also updated the upstream bug:
This is only reproducible if an instance of meld is already open (i.e. if a
second or third window is created). I had previously missed that I still
had an open meld instance.
