Cool stuff, thanks for pushing the update!
This should finally allow most of Gnome to build again on sparc64.

It looks there are a few unit test crashes/aborts now, though.

amd64:
42/43 gcr:gcr-base / system-prompt            FAIL     0.52 s (killed by
signal 11 SIGSEGV)

i386, armhf, ia64, ppc64:

I don't think these are related to my patch, but I'm not sure.
