Please see the above (or attached) picture. The File Browser icon is
much the same colour as the panel's background. I hate to say it, but I
like the nice "yellow" of the Windows Explorer program. It would be not
appropriate to use yellow, so could it be some other contrasting colour
?<br>

If you have trouble seeing the colors of the icons, I suggest you
install gnome-accessibility-themes, and select the “High Contrast”
theme.
