Sorry for the delay in responding to you here!

We welcome your interest, but i'm afraid i don't have many "easy" bugs
to point you to with regards to GnuPG and debian packaging.

You can see the list of outstanding bug reports (many of which are
difficult to reproduce, or may only be relevant to much older versions)
for the GnuPG packages in debian here:

it's a little disheartening to see so many outstanding issues, but if
you're up for reading through them, and then evaluating a few of them,
you can follow up on the bug you picked by sending mail to
NNNNNN at bugs.debian.org (where NNNNNN is the bug number) with your
findings.  If you can identify a few that we can close, or if you can
come up with a short reproducer of a given bug report (that is, a script
which, when run from a new user account, demonstrates the bug), that
would be very helpful!
