[pkg-gnupg-maint] Bug#863558: gpg: Warns about non-present scdaemon having a lower version than gpg

Hi!

Was just sending an encrypted mail via mutt, but was unable because
gpg was emitting a warning on stderr about a non-present scdaemon
having a lower version than gpg, like the following:

  gpg: WARNING: server 'scdaemon' is older than us ((null) < 2.1.21)
  `---

which was making mutt believe there was some problem with the
encryption and signing process so it refused to send the mail.

I have no smart card, so I've got no use for scdaemon, and I had to
install it temporarily to get through gpg.

Even though I find the warnings from gpg about mismatched versions
rather annoying, I can see their use, although I think it would be
better to automatically restart them or similar, it's also annoying
that I've got to do that manually myself to get rid of these. :/

But in this case emitting a warning for a daemon that is not present
feels IMO to be just wrong?
