[Debian GNUstep maintainers] Bug#314823: gnustep-back: Backward depencies?

I believe that this is indeed a breaking change in freetypes api, meaning just
recompiling makes gnustep-back incompatible with older freetypes. This is not
a problem in it self, but you should probably add a depends on libfreetype6 >=
2.1.8 (I think that version).
