I have put the currently-released GNUstep libraries in my personal apt
archive. You can fetch them by using the apt sources line:
  deb http://www.uhoreg.ca/programming/debian gnustep main

Or you can download them manually from:
  http://www.uhoreg.ca/programming/debian/

Note that when you install the new libraries, any programs linked
against the old gnustep-gui library will not work. This is unavoidable
since the SONAME was bumped on -base, but not on -gui.

(There also appears to be a minor issue with GNUMail -- if you upgrade
GNUMail, make sure that libpantomime1.2 is also upgraded.)

*For all maintainers*: to build against these and all future GNUstep
libraries, you will need to change your build-depends to
libgnustep-base-dev (>= 1.12.0) and libgnustep-gui-dev (>= 0.10.3)
instead of build-depending on libgnustep-base1.11-dev and
libgnustep-gui0.10-dev. This should make all future library transitions
easier.

I have also rebuilt a few applications that I do not maintain. You can
fetch them from:
  deb http://www.uhoreg.ca/programming/debian/nmu/ ./
