Adding appropriate -L option to linker invocation should fix this.

I meant a dummy package with no content, depending on the "real"
package. So user can apt-get install grr (if this is what upstream calls
the program) and get rssreader package installed (containing grr binary)
(I assume that upstream renamed the binary to grr). Just an idea.
