[Debian GNUstep maintainers] .bundle vs .app in binary package names

I'm not sure it was public, or it was but I don't care to find it.
It was imposed to my by either myon and daniel at debian.org (my 
sponsors),
I don't remember who wanted the rename or wouldn't sponsor it though
(for open.app/open.tool).

I agree. but open is not better in that case.
