xmonad

I got 1px window borders and tabs with window title for normal
windows, 1px border for dialogs and such. I use no compositing thingy
because it breaks desktop background and does nothing useful.

I think the offset errors are unrelated, they appear with both backends.

GNUstep just does not like my window manager I guess.
