[Debian GNUstep maintainers] libobjc soname change with GCC 4.6

Just a FYI, that the libobjc soname will change with GCC 4.6.  Maybe it's worth
delaying any GNUstep transition until after GCC 4.6 will be in unstable (which
will not before the 4.6.0 release).
