[Debian GNUstep maintainers] help wanted with a GNUstep rebuild using GCC-4.7

gcc-4.6 in gnustep-make because of the libobjc transition and the fact
that 4.6 was not (and still isn't) the default compiler on all
architectures.  That was your advice back then, and it seemed
reasonable.

I'll think about the best way to fix this.  Ideas welcome.
