Apply this patch, it is a backport from SVN trunk to disable blocks if the runtime doesn't support it and fix other header imports. It fixes NSBlock. I attach also a second patch, needed to link the rest, needed fog gcc 4.6 and 4.7, as per comments. Riccardo
