Ah I see - not + in the diff. These are patches for
libgcrypt11_1.2.2.orig.tar.gz to make it more similar to the real
upstream libgcrypt-1.2.2.tar.gz. I thought we are going to do
* Clean packaging against upstream tarball.
i.e. reuploading with upstream's libgcrypt-1.2.2.tar.gz.
