Adding your name to uploaders of gnutls et al.

Hello Simon,

since you are acting as (co-) maintainer for the GnuTLS related
Debian packages (bug triage) I would like to list you as co-maintainer
by adding you to "Uploaders". Since you do the work you should get the
credit.

The main effect would be to also list the packages on 
<http://qa.debian.org/developer.php?login=simon@josefsson.org>.

Obviously SVN write access is also part of the package.

Please tell me if you would prefer otherwise.
