Hi,

On kfreebsd-*, some tests in gcr are failing due to an error:

secure memory pool is not locked while in FIPS mode
fatal error in libgcrypt, file misc.c, line 84, function _gcry_fatal_error: out of core in secure memory

Fatal error: out of core in secure memory

This error seems to come from libgcrypt, please feel free to reassing it back
to the gcr if needed.
