Thank you for not blindly applying my patches. Indeed, the major reason
to change the dependency was that arch:all packages cannot use
${binary:Version} at all, so I assumed that this was the reason for a
loose dependency without looking further. Thank you for catching that
mistake and pushing the relevant change to the archive quickly.
