While packaging micro text editor. I have goconvey as one of its sub dependencies,
as detected by the current `dh-make-golang` from git.

We already filed an ITP for packaging goconvey
While working on the package, I asked multiple questions on #debian-golang
Including the part of the package name.

I was told that the package would generate two binaries `goconvey` and `golang-github-smartystreets-goconvey`
And after spending some time to get the package built.
I just learned from the tracker that the package is already done and is in repos.

I guess when having the discussion about it on #debian-golang, it occured to no one
that the package already exists.

Also is this a bug with `dh-make-golang` or is it a problem of the naming
terminologies that we use?
