Hi,

I backported the upstream commit that solves the issue and tested it
(by building the package, then rebuilding the Go compiler and standard
library using the produced compiler).

This would allow us to make progress on reproducible builds for all
Golang binary package now, rather than waiting for Golang 1.7 to land.


Would this be acceptable for inclusion?
