[Pkg-gpe-maintainers] gpe-todo new version also ready

I've updated gpe-todo and it looks OK to upload tomorrow (well, later
today 27th)

Changes: 
 gpe-todo (0.57-1) unstable; urgency=low
 .
   * New upstream release
   * Add desktop-category.patch: fix desktop file validity
   * debian/rules: Add cross-building support and cdbs patch system
     support. Add debian/xcontrol.
   * migrate manpage to debian/ directory

I've reported the desktop-file change upstream so that should be in 0.58
in due course. The debian/xcontrol file is part of the cross-build
support and I moved the manpage to get a "cleaner" .diff.gz where all
files in the .diff.gz are only in the debian/ directory.

Eventually, debian/xcontrol handling will be automated by the
debian-xcontrol package but it is manual for now, just providing
somewhere to indicate which Build-Depends are libraries needed by the
cross-compiler (so available on the build and as -cross packages for the
host architecture) and which are tools only to be installed on the build
machine.
