As this was a binNMU from a source package that previously built just
fine on all architectures, I'm at a loss to see what has gone wrong.

I'm also currently on VAC still so I don't really have time to
investigate this in much detail right now, but I'll see what can be
done.

There is no particular difference between the Makefile.in.in in po/ or in po-lib/
