The patch is in BTS now, bug #321587.  Minor C++ fix, and a package
rename.

I believe we will have to wait for a few more packages to move to the
new C++ ABI before it can be uploaded.  Is this correct?

list this dependency three:

  * libgdal1-dev
      + libgdal1
          o libstdc++5
      + unixodbc-dev
          o libodbcinstq1
              # libqt3c102-mt
                  @ libstdc++5
              # libstdc++5

Is the unixodbc API used by gdal a C or C++ API?  If it is a C API, it
should be safe to upload gdal.
