Hi, 

The libgdal1-1.3.2-dev
GDAL is built with MySQL and GEOS support (see `gdal-config --dep-libs`), but 
libgdal1-1.3.2-dev fails to depend on libmysqlclient15-dev and libgeos-dev.

this causes GRASS 6.3's libproj to fail to build. (GRASS 6.2.0 seems to be ok, some
change in GRASS 6.3-cvs in the first 2 weeks of November seems to have exposed it.)
