[DebianGIS-dev] Mapnik viewer for the Debian GIS Live CD?

Hi.  We spoke during the OSM conference about your nice Qt based
Mapnik map viewer and getting it into Debian and a Debian GIS live CD.
I have now started working on a Debian GIS live CD, and would love to
have the viewer in Debian to get it into this live CD.

According to <URL:http://www.mapnik.org/news/> it will "eventually
make its way into mapnik's source tree".  Did it?  Is this source in
Debian now?  I do not see it in the Mapnik packages in Debian, so I
suspect it did not.
