[DebianGIS-dev] Bug#529565: gdal-bin: please include gdal_polygonize

Hi, I've installed latest gdal-bin from experimental, and I found out
the gdal_polygonize is missing. Gdal_polygonize is in 1.6 branch, so I
think it's aproppriate to include it (unless there's some problem I'm
unware of).
