I couldn't reproduce those debugging messages:

$ ./webkit-image-gtk http://www.hanskalabs.net > foo.png
(webkit-image-gtk:15285): Gtk-CRITICAL **: IA__gtk_container_add: assertion
`GTK_IS_CONTAINER (container)' failed

(webkit-image-gtk:15285): Gtk-CRITICAL **: IA__gtk_container_add: assertion
`GTK_IS_CONTAINER (container)' failed
$ file foo.png
foo.png: PNG image data, 2000 x 2000, 8-bit/color RGB, non-interlaced

$ ./webkit-image-gtk http://www.debian.org > foo.png
$ file foo.png
foo.png: PNG image data, 644 x 10300, 8-bit/color RGB, non-interlaced

Maybe it's specific to the website you're trying to snapshot? Are you sure that
you're using the GTK version?

Kindly,
David
