And that's it.  Using 'man' in a terminal, I get the above garbled
output followed by a correct-looking manpage, but Emacs gives up at
this point.  I think the fix is to remove lines 2-5 of ogrinfo.1, which
are a duplicate of 6-9.  Just looks like an accidental paste.

Of course, if ogrinfo.1 is generated from some other format (it doesn't
say it is), perhaps the tool or the input is at fault?
