    Add a transitionnal package libhdf5-serial-dev => libhdf5-dev
    
    * Add a transitionnal package libhdf5-serial-dev => libhdf5-dev
    * libhdf5-mpich2-dev was depending on libmpich21.0-dev (should instead depend
      on libmpich2-dev)
