The yaml files are example configuration files, and the
access_constraints text was taken from the osm.omniscale.net service,
this service has since changes to ODbL [0] to match the OpenStreetMap
license change. [1]

The metadata in the example configuration files should be made more
generic and not reference actual people nor an explicit license.

That should resolve the DFSG concerns too right?
