These are the upstream packages not supported by the Debian GIS team.

The 2.14 QGIS packages disable the globe plugin for osgEarth > 2.5
because 2.7 is not properly supported.

trusty still has osgEarth 2.4 which should work, and for which the
package should still build the globe plugin.

Purge all the old qgis packages and install only the version you need,
if it turns out that the qgis.org packages don't provide the globe
plugin for trusty, that's a bug upstream needs to fix.
