node-carto anybody

Hello,

while testing Mapnik 3. I came across the fact, that node-carto seems to be
more or less orphaned in debian.

Unfortunately v0.9.5 produces xml-code which will trigger deprecation
warnings in curretn mapnik:

'maxzoom' is deprecated and will be removed in Mapnik 4.x, use
'maximum-scale-denominator' instead

Current release in debian is v0.9.5 from 25 Oct 2013

Current release is v0.16.2 from 27 Apr 2016
