CREDITS says that there is code from QMapControl, which is LGPL

3, but if this is combined with GPL-2+ code then the result is GPL-3,

I don't think this project can be GPL-2+.

If that's wrong please explain in d/copyright what's going on.

May I ask why is 3rdparty/qtsingleapplication-2.6_1-opensource/*
listed as being "or GPL-3" -- is it because LGPL-2.1 permits
relicensing under GPL-2 or GPL-3?  Not sure it makes sense to mention
that in d/copyright since it's already in the license.

LICENSE seems to be GPL-1 not GPL-2, anyway...

The files in Icons/Mapnik look like they were imported from another
project, so need documenting in d/copyright.

Please check whether Icons/QToolBarDialog/ is under the same license
as src/QToolBarDialog/qttoolbardialog.cpp.
